I am responsible for assisting Haydn and my commitment is to our clients and site teams, delivering the PS Vision across Secondary and Primary Schools within my area.

I ensure that timely and accurate reporting is provided to clients and that teams are supported to deliver our amazing food to the students in each school I work with. Having worked through the ranks, over a 25-year career, I am well versed in all roles within the Contract Catering sector and draw on my experience to deliver evolving services.
