I am responsible for food innovation and product development, craft skills training and kitchen mobilisations.

As a fully trained chef, I have worked in the education contract catering and Business and Industry sector for a number of years. My commitment to you is to ensure our food is safe, presented well, tasty and above all else our menus are developed to meet customer requirements.
