I support Haydn in delivering the PS Vision across Primary and Secondary Schools in my area, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team support.

My role involves ensuring accurate, timely reporting for clients and helping on-site teams consistently deliver high-quality food and service to students. With over 25 years in contract catering and experience in every role—from the kitchen to management – I bring a deep understanding of the sector and use that knowledge to continually evolve and improve our services.
