I am responsible for our local supplier partnerships, menu and recipe development, allergen control and food labelling.

I have vast experience in the Education Sector and will work closely with every client to ensure our food and menus are balanced nutritionally, are developed to meet food standards and are appealing to our customers and their specific needs, using quality ingredients from our nominated local suppliers.
